Being new to the Ft. Myers, FL area; when I needed a lawyer I wasn’t sure what to do! A friend recommended Ty Roland from
Aloia|Roland Attorneys At Law.
I’m so glad they did. There was such an ease to working with them. They kept me up to date
every step of the way.
I also worked with Danielle Stoker. She was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions!

I spent $75 on a consult with Danielle that only lasted 15 minutes. I came out with no advice or direction. Then months later after inquiring again, I had a second “complimentary” telephone appointment set up with a set time. I was NEVER called and the 3 emails I sent after that were completely ignored. No thanks!

If you are looking for a lawyer that might obstruct justice by being apart of the family resource center (the recommended visitation center of the courts) you found the place. It’s sad this has never been investigated and may harm many family’s do to their association of this center. I hope change will happen soon.

Ty Roland is an attorney that actually cares about his clients . When you walk in their office they know you by name. Your not just another number like you are in big law firms. I’d use Ty Roland and his office for my legal advice . Go with a company that cares about their clients! Not just another number in a large law firm .
