Bob Foley aka Mr. Bob did a fantastic job on my criminal legal charges. He made the right moves to get the charges nolle prosequed which was my goal. Another attorney in charlotte county called Me first and i agreed to speak to him, he told me to take a plea, I told him Aiken Ohalleran would be handling this case not him, and i am very happy i made that choice.

Peter Aiken is a wonderful Attorney. Very knowledgeable in Sexual Assault. He helped our son very much in personal one on one meetings with him and in court. Peter was always available for us , the parents, to meet or call / discuss and explain the case and give us his best opinion. He always returned our phone calls. His secretary KATHY is awesome and offered much help and always listened too. My husband and I are so glad we met Mr Aiken and hired him. He did his best job and worked very hard.
