Timothy Allan McCan II (TJ) is an excellent Attorney. He worked with me very closely, explaining everything to me, made it easier to understand what was happening or going to be happening. I was not happy with my first Attorney and TJ was recommended to me. I called him and explained my situation. I had a very comfortable and positive feeling after speaking to him. I called him the next day and stated I wanted him to represent me in my divorce. I am very happy with the outcome and he did me good.

I was so nervous going into my divorce, listening to other people. TJ set me straight advising that he had my “back” ….. from then on I was calm and trusted him explicitly. Would recommend him to anyone!!!Thank you!!!!

In a child custody case, Attorney McCan is by far the best man for the job. TJ was not only extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, but he was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for all involved. After hearing people's experiences with their attorney and saying how they wish they would have hired TJ instead....I had my consultation with TJ and his information was substantially more detailed than my otherconsultant actions. Taking over a case from a prior attorney is never easy, but TJ quickly figured out the intricacies of my case and helped me to strategically reach the settlement I was looking for.
