Vera, explained the process in detail from the beginning and throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and handled all issues. She was always a phone call or email away when needed. I received prompt responses from the office and I felt like I was being taken care of at all times.

Ethically, she was faultless in her advisement. Her experience and positive attitude always left me with encouragement.
