just wanted to let everyone know that in all my life of being skeptical on attorneys abilities, from past experiences, i couldnt be happier with michaels performance. I asked him for help in criminal matter that had serious implications, not only did he help, he got the charges dismissed! what a relief it is for me as i am a business owner and father of 5 and grampa to 3. he has restored my faith. if you are looking for an attorney, look no further.

My charge was battery. I was jacked up with this in Texas (no conviction) and my girl called the law but Lee county let it go; the second time, in Naples, they state arrested me for Domestic Violence (DV). DV is something that is accumulative, I was sure to get convicted and do time. Let me tell you my brother, this guy is a Juris Doctor at this stuff and in two decades has never, ever lost a battery case. He snatched me out of the jaws of the devil and I’m so forever grateful as I was not only free but the state dropped ALL charges; this guy is totally connected.

I would definitely recommend him if you need a lawyer he was able to get my chargers dropped even though I had multiple priors. He was able to handle my entire case over the phone because I live 5 hrs away from where I was arrested. Prices are affordable doesn't beat around the bush and gets the job done

Michael has given me excellent service throughout my entire case. He was always there in need when I needed him for advice or any questions I had. He took on his duty as being there anytime of day, always answered my calls and delt with me on a one and one basis. He did and accomplished everything he said he was going to for me. My teenage son got ticketed for speeding for the second time, both required court appearances. We contacted Raheb and hired him to handle this second ticket(plus a illegal pass ticket) he was very honest from the beginning, told what to do for a better out come, called before court, and after. Got a very favorable outcome one greater then we expected. No points, pay the standard fine and the illegal pass was dismissed. Great firm. Hopefully will never need him again but keeping his number saved in my phone just in case.
