If I could give Shmucher 10 stars, I would. I've read other people's difficult experiences with their respective attorneys when filing Chapter 7 and was worried I'd encounter the same, so I spent a few hours researching law firms to find one with an overwhelming amount of positive reviews and found this one. Shmucher lived up to the hype and exceeded my expectations. He is thorough, efficient, accessible, quick, straightforward, and kind. He is a no-nonsense person and takes his work seriously. He works on your case as if it is his own; that's how diligent he was with my case. He explained the whole process and helped ease my worries throughout. I truly hope others who choose to file bankruptcy at any point are lucky enough to have someone like him representing them.
