Awesome experience. Words can not express how happy I am with the out come it was quick and easy. I was stressed in the beginning. After receiving mail for other lawyers to take my case. I did a lot of research and chose to have Ofer represent me. Best decision.

I discovered Ofer through an online search, not realizing he was based in Miami while I was in Fort Myers. Initially, I assumed I would need to seek out another attorney. However, Ofer reassured me, saying it was not an issue. I also needed to file my bankruptcy under Texas law due to my recent move to Florida, which made me think I would require a Texas attorney. Once again, Ofer assured me it was not a problem. He managed everything seamlessly, alleviating my concerns about potential oversights. There was no need to worry; Ofer had it all under control. In my case, he made everything simple, required very little of my time, and was both professional and personable, with a great sense of humor. I wish I can give Ofer more than 5 stars. I called Smucher Law on a Friday around noon to help me with a case my mom was dealing with and by 3pm Ofer had resolved everything and on Monday morning I had an email with a new settlement. He was very kind, explained my options clearly, and handled everything extremely quickly. We were worried and panicked over the situation and Ofer relieved all of the stress in a manner of hours. I can't recommend him enough and so grateful to have made the right choice to choose his services. With the number of lawyers out there it is easy to get overwhelmed, don't, just call Ofer.
