A great office and staff! They always keep my wife and I informed every step of the way in all 3 of our cases we have with them. Our case manager, Kimberly, is wonderful and always responds back quickly to emails even after hours or on weekends. She is definitely an asset to both my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this office and Kimberly to anyone!

Got arrested with a DUI charge, first arrest and I had no idea what to do. Parks & Braxton was highly recommended with amazing success rates. I called 3 different law offices and after getting the step by step run down from attorney Parks, I knew they were the right legal representation for me. Within days I had the fool proof outline to restoring my driving privileges and the rest of my life to its previous state. They took care of everything on the legal side which meant I only had to show up to court one time! I was arrested and blew a 0.13 on the breathalyzer. Braxton was able to get it down to a reckless driving and withheld adjudication. These two attorneys are the best in DUI law and will do everything within the power of the law to get you the best result possible! Put it simply; these guys produce results and I wouldn't want anyone else standing by my side battling for me and my rights.

I am a 51 yr old, mother of a 7 yr old and decided to go back to school for nursing. I am nearly finish with school and having a DUI on my record would surly stifle potential employment. I will start by saying that I have never been arrested nor have I ever had an experienced quite like the DUI arrest I went through (Lee County Sheriff) this past year. It was by far an experience I would not want to have again! I was pulled over on a Friday night because of an illegal left turn. I nearly missed my turn and after confirming there were no other vehicles, I determined it was safe to turn and quickly found myself arrested for a DUI. I blew 0.089 and spent 9 miserable hours with Lee Counties finest. I called frantically on a Sunday morning and Mr. Braxton was quick to respond. He listened to everything I had to say (which was a lot) and then proceeded to disperse my fears of the worst, putting me at ease about what was to come next and how Parks & Braxton would be there to see me though the entire process. I found the staff to be informative and prompt to return my calls, Miss Leo, especially, as she answered my many calls with patience and with what felt like a smile on the other end of the phone, she was great! I didn’t feel like an inconvenience or rushed with Mr. Braxton and Miss Leo, which were the two I spoke with during my entire process. The end result; DUI charge was reduced to reckless driving, 6 month business purpose only DL (ended up being 2 months), 6 months’ probation (this may also be reduced), and 50 hours of community service. Was pulled over by an unruly State Trooper who lied to me that if I blew under the legal limit that he would let me go. Well, I blew a .03, and was still taken to jail, falsely charged with a DUI. I was at a lost. Confused and disappointed in the Justice system, I called Attorney Braxton. He immediately heard me out, but more importantly started me on a process to immediately restore my driving privileges, and stay diligent about my case. We discussed all of options, plea or trial. His confidence in me and his ability to go trial was enough to decide and fight it. We stayed firm, and without me ever stepping foot in a court room Attorney Braxton got my entire case DISMISSED!

Get Mike Braxton as attorney if fighting a DUI charge. Took over a year because prosecutors weren’t budging, but in the end dui charge was dropped to reckless and other charges were dropped completely. No car impoundment, no suspended license. Basically paid court fees. Highly recommended!!!
