This company is Horrible i called for my daughter who feel down some stairs that were not lit in a condo building. Shortly after the lawyer stated he will stop by the area to review the condo stairs and found the janitor at that same moment replacing the lights. He told us we had a case but to save you the long story it took them month to contact us by email. Then a year later they came out of left field and just told us we had wasted our time because they were dropping the case with no explanation at all. So a few years later i made the Mistake to call them again for a car accident that my wife had ware she was rear ended by another car. The person took our information then after several days told us we cannot take this case. It seems they are very unprofessional and not sympathetic to the victim at all. There will not be a strike 3 since i had enough of this unprofessional and uncaring company.
