Axell was very rude. I tried to explain the case better than what I wrote but he kept interrupting me and telling me he knows and has read the file. I have video I'd like to ask about but again he was rude. Even if he wanted the case I would have looked around. Won't even try again.

Very pleasant and very easy to talk too and a great listener. She is definitely a great asset to this law ferm.

She was great however the person who interviewed me says I don't have a medical injury case even though my legs are half numb from a surgery that was supposed to repair my back

It was very difficult to hear and understand the agent interveiwing me because of the very loud chatted from agents in the same room, whom I could hear loudly!

I had a bit of trouble understanding Marcela. She was not unprofessional, just had very little information. My issue is not with her so much as it is the impersonal screening process in which I don't feel like my situation is of concern. Maybe you are only looking for class action level lawsuits.

I felt all she did was read my detailed notes that I provided. I feel that your firm felt there was not enough money involved to take my case. I asked to understand the procedures on defamation and I still don't understand. I explained I had very detailed emails, documents and proof of what happened to me. So I just felt your firm should have at least let me send over all the information before a simple decline? She asked did Caesars Entertainment i.e. the hotel and gambling meca have insurance, well my gut would say that they are probably more covered than almost anyone. It just seems in today's world that the last thing that any Casino and Hotel would want to have bad publicity that was witnessed by many and we could pull those videos and again, I have all the documents. I guess I don't understand why you wouldnt have looked at little further, Caesars could write a check for 100k and not even think about it.

I sought legal representation to receive expert guidance and support, but unfortunately, my experience with this case agent at Morgan & Morgan has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
