Vivien Wright was so amazing! She was very knowledgeable, and kind. She knew how to explain everything in a way I understood. She walked me through all the paper work and it felt very genuine like she actually cared about helping me, as opposed to other firms I’ve called. She deserves a raise honestly! After calling 10+ firms, she was the only one that listened, explained, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything correctly. It was a breathe of fresh air to have someone like her who actually cares about her job and she does it very well! Thank you Vivian!
