They look at all cases so give them a call. Just make sure to respond in a timely manner because if you wait too long, sometimes they can't help you. Good people though.

Not impressed. I fell thru a floor on 12/2/22. Weeks later I hired Morgan and Morgan. Very difficult getting updates. I'm told they are looking for insurance policies. I have asked repeatedly, if there is no insurance is it possible to go after the homeowner. For some reason I can't get a response to that question. The medical bills are piling up and I don't know if I'm going to get any help here. Very stressful! Will update when I have more information. I can never get a call back from the attorney Kristen Stocks, unless I write a review. At that point she will call and at the end of the call ask that I change the status of my review! Update...they will not go after the responsible parties??? No insurance...no case! In my opinion, they will only take your case if it's a guarantee win and there is huge money to go after I would absolutely not recommend this firm!
