Thier huge advertising total garbage and completely false I called in a case agsinst the big med insurance company Wellcare in relation to negligence against my mother what I thought would be a no brainer and lucrative however they did not want to tackle the case I gave it to thier competition who proceeded to finalize a 2.8 million dollar settlement for my mother in less than one year

Was in an accident the other driver was at fault while working for a bigger company but driving their own personal vehicle, morgan and morgan took my case was my lawyer for over a month then called me up outta the blue and said we can't represent you because we represent both party's and they canceled, after sending me to multiple Dr's chiropractors mri ect they said screw you , don't bother with this company funny cause I kno some folks who kno jon morgan and well see what he has to say I'm sure he won't care either

I don't feel like they went to bat for me at all. Took a lowest amount of settlement possible. Communication was bad took weeks to get them on the phone. I should have went to Joe north
