Don helped me get a local contractor to refund everything we paid them after they walked off the job and left our yard a mess and refused to finish the work. Don was great to work with and very knowledgeable.

I picked Don Matthew’s to handle my car accident case. Everything was going well and smooth until my case got transferred to Tania. She wouldn’t answer her phone or even return phone calls. She had me with lies saying that the paper work was being sent out to the opposing side insurance. I came to find out 3 weeks later that it never got sent out. So they said they’ll send it out immediately gave it about a month or so and never heard back from her so I decided to call them for an update this time it still wasn’t sent out and her excuse was I needed an MRI done still remained calm about it. So She promised to call me back the same day or the following day with an MRI appointment. Kid you not 2 weeks later no phone call so I called again and she never answered nor called me back so I had it at that point asked to talk to a supervisor so I explained what happened she apologized and said that they were busy. So she also promised to call me back by Friday of that week a month went by and never heard from her neither so I decided to go with Viles and Beckman as soon as I signed the contract with the attorney Don Matthew’s placed a lien on me as if I failed meanwhile their workers weren’t doing much with my case. They were able to place a Lien on me within hours but couldn’t return a simple phone call with an appointment within months. They ended up charging me $1,600 for doing nothing. Luckily Viles and Beckman cornered in the insurance company within weeks after hiring them. Never would I recommend them nor go back to them just a terrible experience with Don Matthew’s. I’d give it a zero star if I was able too.

It started with a meeting on a Saturday because of my availability with Edson. He sat me down in the office conference room and explained the whole process from start to finish. Communication got a little lost when my case worker happen to leave the firm but I quickly called Edson and he got me back on track. One day I received a phone call from Mr Mathews himself and he give me all the information I was already provided and more. These two weeks I had the honor and pleasure of working with Shannon. Such a sweetheart of an individual. Honest and informative as well. My experience with this firm was A+. I feel that this law office was not able to help me because my case might be insignificant to them in terms of financial returns. I believe they could’ve done more but not willing to fight for me. I have put a lot in this case and I have suffered the effects of the accident, not my fault, both physical and financial and I was very disappointed with them not wanting to represent me anymore. Wish I could’ve found a good lawyer in the first place.
