I'm Sanders , was facing 7-12 years for a domestic violence case , went and start looking for a lawyer to help me out with my case . I was referred to Mr Foley office by another lawyer .. from the first day , Mr Foley and his team tell me to leave everything in their hands and they will try their very best to help me .. they keep their words , work thru stuff with me and satisfied me .. I really do appreciate them for their help and I do encourage others that need help with their cases to look them up and give them a try .. promise you won't regret as I didn't regret approaching them for help ..I don't know much about laws but I can tell they are great people who knows what they are doing..

I do not live in Florida but needed to hire a defense attorney for my step son. I was very apprehensive as to if I could even afford a defense attorney, figured I would be charged hourly rates which I knew would break the bank. Robert's firm gave me a flat rate so I knew my cost up front, can't say it was cheap, but much more reasonable than I expected. I have been involved in many court cases through a volunteer group I am involved with and realized from the get go that this would be a tough case. It was basically a he said she said case which can be tough. Robert's firm hired an investigator and, in my mind, did everything they could to find evidence supporting my son's side of the story, at no additional cost to me. Robert was very good at answering my calls and questions from 1300 miles away and keeping me informed of what was taking place,, it was very much appreciated Things didn't turn out as we hoped they might, but I truely believe, without Robert and Desiree's help the outcome would have been much bleaker. I will end this review with this, if I ever need a defense attorney in Florida, Robert Foley Criminal Lawyers will be my first call.

I hired Mr. Foley to represent my wife with her criminal case. Everything that Mr. Foley advised us that would likely happen..... Did happen. This was due to his immense experience. He guided us professionally through everything and reasonably worked with me on cost. Once retained, he quickly worked towards a resolution and got the best results we could have hoped for. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, none of which have the background and experience of Mr. Foley. A no nonsense, straight forward, tactful & honest attorney that knows the legal system inside and out. Highly recommend

Robert got my case pleated in almost 1/2 the time as most cases. With a shirt probation period. I made one mistake and thought it would haunt me for years. It will be gone in 6 months time. He has made my stress and worries minimal. Definitely recommend him and his partner for anyone

Cannot express how grateful I am to have found Attorney Robert Foley. I do not live in Lee County but have a good amount of experience with the court system. I have used a few different attorneys in the area but nobody can compare to the amount of time and attention that Robert put in to resolve my case. I currently live in New York and he was able to resolve my case in a timely manor without me having to travel back to the state of Florida.
