Robert Foley is one of the best defense attorneys in the Fort Myers area hands-down! Unfortunately, my son needed an attorney for a criminal case and a DUI case. I was referred to Mr. Foley by a police officer friend who said he was the best. And he was right! Mr. Foley worked tirelessly for us and was able to get us the best outcomes possible. Mr. Foley is experienced, knowledgeable, very responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, which is rare for an attorney. After what feels like a lifetime of poor decisions I finally got it right in hiring Robert Foley as my attorney. Not only did Robert go above and beyond to get me the best outcome for my charges, so much so that even my judge told me to take note and acknowledge the wonderful work my attorney did for me, he also made me feel very comforted in a highly stressful and emotional time.
