I was facing life in prison for a crime I did not commit. My life was instantly shattered and in a few short hours everything that I have ever worked for was taken from me! I hired a large law firm in Ft. Myers to represent me only to have them write me off as a plea bargain. After several months of terrible representation I sought new counsel. After living in literal hell for 733 days and 12 minutes of deliberating, the jury set me free and claimed my innocence!!! I chose to put my entire life into Bob’s and Desiree’s hands. Today, as a result, I am a free man!!! It's hard to gather the words to describe how happy I am for my choice in Hiring this firm to represent my case. First off let me start by saying Mr.Foley is a life saver , my girlfriend and had a verbal argument and the neighbors heard so they called the cops . We made up and 5 minutes the cops came knocking and came into my home to then charge me with battery (touch or strike) nothing physical ever happened but was blown out of proportion, in a week Mr.Foley was able to drop it . Very experienced , professional , and knowledgeable attorney .
