IT WAS WONDERFULL

Very pleasant, empathetic. Reassuring me that this wasn't the way a normal claim was handled. Insurance companies have there own Dr's that you see, they approve tests prior to them being done. Not, see your own provider, have what ever tests done, & we will let you know if we're going to pay medical bills when claim is closed. Oh and use your medical insurance for your injuries, because we have an agreement with Medicare! I have never heard an insurance company operate this way! She Encouraged me to get medical attention if needed! She explained all the paperwork! Encouraged me to call 24/7 with any questions I had! That no question was insignificant to them! Overall I feel much better about getting the care I need, & making sure my medical bills are paid!
