Very little communication. Only got communication once I went straight to the lawyer. Told me I was insured for 100k when I was in fact not. I even have it in writing. I was never informed by the case manager that the people who hit me were not insured. I was instead informed by one of her friends at my my doctors appointment whom she told. My case took forever and conveniently things only got done or were getting done when I called into the office.

Very good firm they ensured id get the medical attention i needed and also gave me rides to appointments with uber because i didn't own a vehicle felt like family 🙌🙏

I had a fall with an injury nearly 2 years ago. I had a rocky start with the first lawyer I worked with. The other staff was always great. Eventually that lawyer was no longer with the practice. The lawyer that replaced him was great! With Southwest Florida being hit by hurricane Ian recently, it was devastating. I was still able to receive help and finalize my situation despite this tragedy.
