On the behalf of Rita McDowell, I would like to thank the whole firm, but Kaitlyn especially, for being exceptional and helping me through this process.

I can't ever get a call in to anyone to discuss any progress or otherwise... I haven't spoken to anyone since I signed up with them, yes I will stay with M&M, but only because the trouble that I'd go through finding an acceptable firm will be more than the troubles that I go thru now with their current representation....it just seems to me that maybe M&M is too big of an organization or firm or whatever to provide any type of services for a length of time, on an individual or personal level, for their clients - or maybe they do , just those clients which will bring in more money to their firm. Either way, long made short, if you are looking for a firm with more one on one time and is on the ball with returning your calls or keeping u up to date on whats going on with uour case of even just once a month feedback of anything like the acknolegement of their representation of your case - well then M&M might not be the best fit for you...js

I personally will not be using these attorneys again, I'm stuck with a lifetime of back pain and my auto accident attorney settled for 25,000, and yes, their fee is 40% so 10,000 then minus even more for other expenses and mean while I'm out 40,000 for not being able to to my regular job for the past 2 years....... Very dissatisfied there John.

Good overall experience. Hope it works out in my favor. I can't do anything for myself or my family. I'm like a vegetable.
