First and foremost Brian and Beatriz treated me with great dignity and empathy and for that I am extremely grateful. I had a very complicated case involving multiple federal agencies which made it nearly impossible to navigate, several law firms flat out turned me down. Thank you Brian and associates for your help on a contractor that had been promising payment for months and was playing games with our company. Brian took this issue and with his skills and knowlege of the law was able to help us get full payment without further legal action. Brian is responsive, kind but as a client he is the attorney you want to review your contracts and if something does go a different direction he will get the process going in the correct direction. Brian is our attorney for life and I highly recommend him and his practice to protect you from those who use preditory behaviors in business.

I currently live in Massachusetts and am building a home on Marco Island and am having problems with a neighbor regarding dock construction. I had a consultation with Susan Ayers and she was helpful, informed, understood my situation, and most surprising she was ethical and told me I did not need to pay them thousands of dollars on retainer instead gave me solid advice during the 30 minute consultation. I would encourage anyone in need of legal advice to contact this office and especially attorney Ayers. If I need any other legal services their office will be the first one I call!

I hired zinn, who has a stable of about 7 lawyers. Zinn assigned "Susan Ayers" to help me fight a very corrupt "HOA" against a lawsuit..The only thing that they were successful at was getting me an extension for my hearing...Susan Ayers did a poor job on my case & absolutely refused to hear key defensive strategy which would have easily won the entire case. Trying to get Zinn to fix Susan Ayers attitude obviously wasn't a good option for him. The law firm can't be trusted from my point of view. In my opinion, avoid this law firm!...Not recommended!

Our experience with Zinn Law was outstanding. From the first conversation with Attorney Zinn, to working with Attorney Ayers on our case, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and on top of every detail the whole time. We had an unusual legal matter involving another party tied to settling our Hurricane Ian insurance claim.
