I contacted Ms. Neaher for estate planning advice. She asked a lot of questions and took the time to find out what my wife and I trully needed. She explained clearly what her recommendations were and why. We felt educated and heard. Ms. Neaher is very personable and real. If you are expecting stuffy and pompous you will be disappointed. Our documents were professionally done and accurate to our expectations. Recommend her to anyone.

Bankruptcy is very complex and my case was very difficult. Amy met with me.on several occasions at no charge laying out my options until I understood the best course for me. She does the paperwork prep herself and.does not leave it to a paralegal which makes me feel good that she knows my case. Returned calls quickly. Very nice person.

We had a will and various other legal papers prepared by Ms. Neaher. She was great working with our 90 year old parent, explaining everything in a concise manner. Her staff was also very nice and helpful.

Retained her services to process a chapter 13 and save home. After taking $1500 and telling me I could afford the chapter 13 independent of my husband's short term disability income since he was not named as a co-borrower in my debt, after cashing my check her paralegal informed me that I would have to use my husband's temporary income to calculate bankruptcy payments and disposable income. When I told her that his temporary income would not be available for the five year agreement, she proposed that when that happened, she would take an additional $750 from me to convert to a Chapter 7...which would result in losing the home I was trying to save. She doesn't seem to be very knowledgable about Bankruptcy law...But definitely knows how to deposit a check from a struggling homeowner.
