I first came to Dellutri Law Group with questions about bankruptcy. I didn't know if claiming bankruptcy was in my best interest. By reviewing the financial information I provided, Mr. Martella was able to determine, and clearly explain to me, that claiming bankruptcy was definitely in my best interest. There is such a misguided stigma attached to bankruptcy that several times, while getting all of the needed paperwork together and filling out forms, I got very frustrated and was anxiety ridden. But every time I was confused or overwhelmed I called a member of the Dellutri staff and was assured I was on the right track and was usually given a more simple way to find the information I needed. Even on days that I was grumpy with them, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER ALWAYS went above and beyond to be kind to me and calm me and never once did they make me feel like i was a bother or that any of my questions were silly. A new assistant was assigned to my case each time it reached a new level of progression. EVERY employee I came into contact with was polite, friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Even the ladies working behind the front desk felt like friends. (I once had a very bad day and came into the office in tears. The young lady came from behind her desk and into the waiting room and gave me a much needed hug.) My calls and email were always immediately addressed. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. I'm not computer literate so the staff literally walked me through the steps of everything I had to do computer-wise. Mr. Martella and Mr. Dellutri made me so comfortable I felt like I was being guided by my big brothers who had my best interest in mind. Once my case was filed I was given a book as well as other information to read on how to rebuild my credit and how not to repeat my former mistakes. Mr. Dellutri even called weeks later to ask how I was adjusting and if I had any follow up questions. Dellutri Law Group takes the fear and anxiety out of situations you may feel are insurmountable.
