My experience regarding the Dellutri Law Group is one of true professionalism. This venture started a few years back when I went in for a consultation with Carmen to discuss my personal options going forward. Naturally, I was embarrassed finding myself in the predicative state I had found myself in and it wasn’t easy discussing it with anyone for sure. Carmen, within the first few minutes of our discussion had put me to ease and we talked for approximately an hour, which during that time he heard everything I had to say and then gave his options as to the different directions I could take going forward. I came to the realization that I was going to have to file for bankruptcy even at this older age of 62. Dellutri Law Group has a bankruptcy procedure which leaves nothing to the imagination. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork involved, but all of it is in a format and professionally delivered to the customer. So, after submitting all the paperwork filled out back to Dellutri, I decided maybe I didn’t have to file for bankruptcy after all, so I stopped going forward and thanked Carmen for all his help and assistance in guiding me. Ok, I know this is long, but I thought the story had to be told to understand it correctly….. we are now 4 years later and unfortunately I did have to file for bankruptcy. I made another consultation appointment with Dellutri Law Group. I was met by Mr. Lampley who was very knowledgeable and I found to be very sensitive to the emotions running thru me. Carmen also join the meeting making it a even more pleasant experience. The decision was made to move forward with the filing. Now I have to say everything was completed in order and Sheila kept me on track gathering and submitting the paperwork and taking the required classes. Lauren took over after all was submitted and again, very professional. Once she had everything and all the i’s were dotted and the T’s crossed, the bankruptcy was filed. Carmen met me at the courthouse, which went very smooth. Robin has now taken over to follow the rest of the process, which in honesty, I don’t even notice it’s going on. Can’t thank all these people in the firm enough.

Carmen and his Team are the nicest and understanding people on Earth. We came to their office afraid and unhappy and they WELCOMED us with respect and emotional support. It has been a process but we did ! Every step at the process we felt the coverage and the knowledge. Last week we went to Court and they were there early and with the "Everything will be ok, I got you, smiley face! Congratulations Carmen and His Team! They are fabulous! I am disappointed on a claim that was filed for one of our companies. We got paid on the first one however, when they sent the 1099 to our company that had the full price of the claim. I had to call them and tell them to send me another 1099 with their fee taken out. I have called them several times about the 2nd claim for another business and was promised someone will get back to me. 2 yrs later nothing. Keep calling and the gentleman that handles the claims has never called me back. Disappointed in their customer service.

Maria is a wonderful person to work with!!!! She makes sure you are comfortable as she helps gets things together for your case.

After receiving some writ paperwork in the mail I needed some advice on how to proceed. 2 friends recommended DLG and Carmen in particular. I called and set an appointment and was well looked after by the office staff. My FREE consultation went better than I had hoped. “Mr. Delutri”, Carmen was extremely helpful and talked me through the next steps. He even had a notary come in and mailed the forms from his office. He told me what is probably gonna happen next and what to do in those scenarios. Carmen made me feel comfortable and that I really mattered. Thank you again Delutri Law.

I came into the Dellutri Law Group after reading the reviews. My situation wasn't unique but it was a far stretch if I could qualify for Chapter 7. I met with Mr. David Lampley and we were able to get all my paperwork in within a week and were able to get into filing Chapter 7. I was nervous but the staff were more than accommodating and treat you like family. They tell you how it is and don't lie just to gain you as a client. I felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with. David, Lauren, Maria, Ronnie & Carmen were all great to interact with, very knowledgeable and professional. They are on top of their game and prepare you for your mandatory creditor meeting, which goes off without a hitch! I have nothing but positive and great things to say and would highly recommend the Dellutri Law Group for your bankruptcy and other needs!

Disclaimer: I work at Dellutri Law Group Prior to coming on board with this family 3 years ago, I worked with the Dellutri Law Group for Personal Injury. I worked at a Chiropractic office who works closely with many attorneys in town because of shared clients/patients of auto injuries. They were awesome to work with then. When I met Carmen out, after I left the chiropractic office, I knew he was someone anyone would be lucky to work for. As fate would have it, I joined his team (family) a year after that meeting and haven't looked back since. I'd recommend any friend or family member to seek the advice of our attorneys, not because I work here, but because I trust and believe in the character of each and everyone of them.

At age 70 I never thought I would be in a position to be faced with filing bankruptcy. My wife and had owned a business that had failed. It was a very tough decision because the only debt was from the business, We had meeting with David Lambeth 3 times, he gave us advise and was never pushy, He seperated the cases and my wife is waiting to see if she can settle hers. Mr Lambeth spent a lot of time with us going over different scenarios. We were both very pleased with the kindness of all the staff, they were all awesome!
