I found Scott on a Google search as I was looking for someone to help me after the death of a loved one. I do not want to go into deatials about the case but one thing I learned is not every lawyer is a trial lawyer. Scott Kuhn is and a very experienced one. Outcome was great. Thank you so much Scott Kuhn. Our family greatly appreciated everything you have done.

I came to Florida from the northeast a few years ago. I had need of a lawyer and chose one who was disinterested. I found Scott when I had greater need and he was immediately responsive and friendly, when all I needed was a notary. The work I had was credit defense; efficiently disposed of. Next was real estate in the northeast coordinated with other attorneys there; outstanding and intent on my best interest. Next will be my own and my mother's estate work for Florida. I hired Scott Kuhn gave a retainer to him. He did not explain the entire process was not forthcoming in answering specific questions Poor follow up. Missed deadlines. Staff had more personal problems that were taken care of during work hours instead of the clients. Find another attorney.

My brother died in the state of Florida and I lived in Georgia. We did not even know we needed a lawyer since I am the last of our immediate family. My brother had no wife or children. Of course Florida makes you hire a lawyer. So I looked up lawyers in the Fort Myers area who handled estate issues. I liked his name and he was close to where I was at the time. My wife and I pulled in and we were pleased because their place was nice but not too flashy. We talked to the secretary she was extremely nice and understanding. We then talked to an associate. We really liked this firm they talk to you in English not in lawyer talk. He explained exactly what they had to do and what little we had to do (which was great since we live out of state). They keep us updated, they handle just about everything. I would definately recommend this small but extremely helpful law firm with a very nice and helpful staff.

Laura and Scott were extremely professional and their expertise outstanding in listening to our requests for our wills and everything was executed in a very timely manner to our complete satisfaction. I would say "excellent" in every way. They certainly put our minds at ease.

I own a lot of rental properties and had a wonderful attorney who passed away last year. Scott Kuhn offered a half hour phone consultation and I thought this would be a good way to see if he might be a good replacement for my former attorney who I thought was fantastic. I was set up with an appt at 1:45 and when I hadn't received a call by 4:30 I called to ask if they had forgotten me. I was told that he was just running late which was not a problem - how much longer could it be as it was almost 5 pm. I received no call and no word from the office. I emailed the next day and was told the receptionist left on an emergency and was given another appointment THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED - NO CALL. I fault myself for this but I accepted a third appointment. And exact same result. NO Call. I own a total of 20 rental properties so I guess this is more of a financial loss for him than a waste of my time. Any attorney that thinks that little of their client or in my case potential client's time is not one you would want to hire. I'm glad I learned this before I did hire him.

Scott Kuhn and his office help my siblings and myself through the process of probating my mother's estate. That process was clearly explained and they did all the "heavy lifting" for us. Probate was in Florida and I, as the personal representative, was located in New Jersey. After the initial meeting, I was able to conduct all the needed steps through email and phone calls.
