Above my expectations! After contacting Scott Kuhn with the Kuhn Law Firm for assistance with an Estate Trust issue, the experience was above my expectations. Mr. Kuhn was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He sorted out my trust situation in no time and presented me with my options, in everyday terms. For that, I am very thankful. If I ever need assistance again, Scott Kuhn will be my first call.

I refer clients to him all the time he handles my clients and charges low fees its wonderfully. All my clients tell me what a great job he does. I did a search on line to get a very quick answer concerning Florida Law. I happen to click on Kuhn Law Firm and started a chat with an Operator explaining what I needed. I got a very quick response from Scott Kuhn himself. Scott took the time to listen and explained to me what I needed to know. They are not good people i was told i had a win win case the attorney put a lean on my fathers house said i could pay when it was over then was told to give there assistant a down payment and start a payment plan i go in a week later and to pay them a down payment and start a payment plan and the asistant says your legal fees have been paid and scott is no longer your attorney brandon craig is i said brandon cant be my attorney thats the attorney im going against then scott revoked letters of administration. Without even live any more because of what he has done notifying notifying me i found out when i got eviction papers delivered to my house i dont see how they can walk away from a client and make them loose there fathers estate because they are money hungry i dont even wanna

My wife and I just had our trust and wills re-done after re-locating to Cape Coral from Colorado. Scott and Michael were extremely helpful in their recommendations and streamlining of everything. We received drafts of everything to review and were able to take our time doing so. When we were ready to finalize everything we made an appointment and completed the review and signing in 1 hour. The cost was very reasonable (half of what we had to pay in Colorado). We are so glad we found the Kuhn Law Firm and would highly recommend them. Wills and trusts are SO important to have done right. We have the highest confidence in them.

Extremely personable in his dealings with my wife and me over the phone. Understand the nature of our problem, both in specifics and also in terms of his experience dealing with elderly clients and relatives. Gave us very sage advice, was very courteous and supportive.

I called this law firm and explained my situation to what I believe was a paralegal for the attorney. She told me she would take my information down and have the attorney give me a call back to discuss my case and see if he would be interested in handling it for me. She also asked me to send her an email explaining the situation and forward her any emails I thought might be beneficial to my case. I did as she requested and never heard back. I then waited until the next evening right before end of business and called again. I asked for her and explained who I was and that I had not heard back from the attorney yet. She then put me on hold and had a gentleman get on the phone with me. He did not say his name, so I am unsure who I was even speaking to. He greeted me with "is this John?" Ok, let me read over the notes. Then he proceeded to ask me questions about my issue. As soon as I would start to answer him he would interrupt me very rudely like he was in a huge hurry and say something negative about the statements I was telling him as if they were not good enough. Again, would ask me a question and as soon as I would start to answer it, would interrupt me. Until finally I just blurted out, Look, you keep asking me questions and you do not let me explain the full answer and you interrupt me as if you do not have time to listen to my problem I called you about. Do you want to handle this or not, because you sound completely disinterested? I said, I would respect you a lot more if you would just cut to the chase instead of being rude and just tell me you are interested or not. He then said, we are not interested in handling your case. Here is my takeaway....I DO NOT care how much business you have or how busy you are, you only get one chance to make a first impression. And this law firm not only blew it with that first impression, they literally seemed to care less that they were being rude. I did tell him in fair warning as I hung up with him, that I am going to review you online. It really makes me wonder if law firms only take the slam dunk cases or if they even consider working with someone that truly needs their help and did not deserve what is happening to them. Believe me, I wish I did not need an attorney to help me collect money that is due to me and my family. But it was made abundantly clear to me that this law firm was the wrong one to call to ask for help. I am proud to give them a 1 star for their horrible customer service and empathy towards a potential customer. They need to realize that just because they may not want my case today, they may want a future one, or just how many people I will tell about how I felt I was treated by them. Not very smart business!
