The BEST!!!!!!! Hired her for a 40 year dissolution of marriage case after I experienced terrible representation from Linda Fried and Christina O’Brian (Henderson Franklin). Michele was meticulous and heard my words. She was stellar at trial and uncovered the many lies through my ex’s testimony. Only negative was when my ex appealed the final judgment, I had to get another attorney to represent me because Michele doesn’t practice with appeals.

From our first meeting she was personable and made us feel very comfortable as we discussed our wishes and long-term plans. Michele took the time to listen and explain the reason for having each of several estate planning documents. After our back-and-forth discussions we agreed we needed the protections each would provide. When we returned to sign the completed documents, we expected a brief meeting, just sign and be on our way…that isn’t how Michele handles these important documents. Once again Michele took a good deal of time to review each document in detail explaining when and how each was going to protect us and allow our loved ones to execute our wishes. Ms. Belmont drew up my will and others documents for me. She was clear on cost and arranged everything perfectly. About a year later my dog was attacked by my neighbor’s pit bull. Although I was not injured, animal control suggested I contact an attorney. Michele was so wonderful and took her time to help me. I was very emotional and she was so kind and helpful. The neighbor was obnoxious and she dealt with his anger and lack of responsibility in an extremely professional manner. I highly, very highly recommend her.
