We started the case almost 3 years ago. Alejandra kept telling we have everything we need to start case, stated many times everything was submitted several times. SEVERAL!!!! and here we were waiting and waiting until I got involved Alejandra started requesting documents that already had and nothing was submitted!!!!!! She sent birth certificates with no translations. Also submitted incomplete tax returns and process an application with a paid fee for the wrong family member. Which I also caught it after made me pay again but since I am not stupid they had to pay us back over $300. My husband is an attorney and I was a paralegal for immigration so I was able to see all the errors. The first time Pablo apologized but since I caught more errors again, He decided to return the file to us with an unfinished case and kept the $3000 after I questioned it. Claiming they are doing a good job when obviously he is not going online to see what his paralegal submitted or not. She actually sent a birth certificate with a translation that was done by me although she knows that a family member can’t translate those documents, but they received payment for all translations up front but it was not done or submitted and immigration rejected documents. Alejandra requested for tax transcripts when Immigration is asking for a W2 but instead of saying they made a mistake (because I can see what was submitted and the W2 was not attached) they asked for something else instead of taking accountability. Pablo did not apologized this time and right away wrote “Debora, We will no longer be representing Karina. Please schedule a meeting to discuss where Karina must be present. If Karina does not want to have a meeting than I need an email from her saying as much and we will then close out the case in our office and coordinate when she can come by to pick up the file” I requested no meeting was necessary we just needed case to be done correctly and he stated They will no longer continue with case In top of all this he is christian or claims to be so that leaves the christians in a really bad spot. Knowing how they delayed this process decided to leave us with an unresolved case. He definitely covers up for their irresponsible employees.

I can't thank Pablo and his team enough for all their hard work. Our case was long and hard but they fought hard for us. Their paperwork is incredible and pablo is very knowledgeable. I have to give a shout out to his paralegal Alejandra who was with us at the end and made sure the end of our process was done correctly and all the correct paperwork was submitted. Truly she is the best and she made everything so easy. Thank you Alejandra and Pablo!

My wife, Kenia, and I have been trying to get her immigration resolved for over 10 years. Their positive attitude and professional character did give us a positive outlook. They where always on hand to answer any questions one might have or just listen to ones concerns. They always prepared one how to answer during interviews or in front of a judge. The time and money spent with them with out a doubt was well worth it. And after some time, with their help and counsel, my wife finally received her green card. And Pablo Hurtado, Gabriella and Alejandra also celebrated with us and where just as happy as we where. They treat one as a person, a human being. As someone that has a family and it's trying to keep ones family together. Alejandra did absolutely nothing of what we have asked. She has made this case a nightmare and now we need to start from scratch with another law firm. Waste of time and money. And Pablo doesn’t take responsibility for her unprofessionalism, he just covers up for her. Which seems a little suspicious as to why
