My husband and I can not speak highly enough about Pablo and his team. The immigration process feels so stressful, with all the paperwork, processes and red tape but the Hurtado team kept us one step ahead of everything, prepared all the documentation immaculately, addressed our concerns with consideration and empathy and always kept us informed of what to expect next and how long it could all take. Even with the challenges of covid we felt communication was great, by phone and video conference and when the big interview day arrived Pablo attended with us. We feel that the money spent on their services was well worth every penny.

Both my family and I highly recommend Pablo Hurtado law firm to anyone with an immigration case. They have accompanied me thru one of the most complicated cases of my life and for 8 1/2 years, thousands of pages later and countless hours of work, they have succeeded in getting me the LPR status. They kept me focused on my hours of desperation , nourished me with strength and positivism. the Staff was always professional and within a phone call reach, helpful in answering all my questions and doubts (there where a lot of them), to the point that I think the entire team knows me on a first name basis. Hello Everyone, I just wanted to share that my experience with Hurtado Immigration has been one of the worst experiences I ever encounter personally and professionally. If I could give zero stars I would! I made the mistake of hiring Dr. Hurtado a couple years ago to process a request for advance parole in which I made all the payments and provided all the necessary paperwork requested from me. Unfortunately, my request was deny by USCIS due to the paperwork being incorrectly translated by Dr. Hurtado translator. When I brought this to Dr. Hurtado attention all he said is he can wave his “fee” to resubmit the paper work but I have to pay the USCIS fee AGAIN! When I try to reason with him that he shouldn’t be charging me anything since his translator he hired was the one that translated the paper work incorrectly. All he said I was more than welcome to hired my own translator but all he was going to is not charge me again for filing the paper work again. Once AGAIN I do not recommend this lawyer at all I had also a couple of my family friends suffer terrible professional experience from this law firm. Hola a todos, Solo quería compartir que mi experiencia con Hurtado Immigration ha sido una de las peores experiencias que he conocido personal y profesionalmente. ¡Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría! Cometí el error de contratar al Dr. Hurtado hace un par de años para procesar una solicitud de libertad condicional anticipada en la que hice todos los pagos y proporcioné toda la documentación necesaria que me solicitaron. Lamentablemente, el USCIS rechazó mi solicitud debido a que el traductor del Dr. Hurtado tradujo incorrectamente la documentación. Cuando llamé la atención al Dr. Hurtado, todo lo que dijo es que puede agitar su "tarifa" para volver a enviar el papeleo, ¡pero tengo que pagar la tarifa del USCIS DE NUEVO! Cuando trate de razonar con él que no debería cobrarme nada, ya que su traductor que contrató fue el que tradujo el trabajo de forma incorrecta. Todo lo que dijo fue más que bienvenido a contratar a mi propio traductor, pero lo único que iba a hacer es no volver a cobrarme por volver a presentar el papeleo. Una vez OTRA VEZ no recomiendo a este abogado en absoluto. También tuve un par de amigos de mi familia que sufrieron una terrible experiencia profesional de este bufete de abogados.

Ea el mejor abogado que es tenido Muy responsable con sus clientes. Una bella persona con un corazón grandísimo Se preocupa por ti asta el urtimo momento de tu proseso.
