Doc was demanding a lot of money at the 11th. hour. Money which they had waived ten years earlier. After three court hearings the case was dropped thanks to Mr.Garlands efforts.

Mr. Jeffery Garland has once again came through for me. With in a very short time, after hiring him, all my charges were dropped, one was a felony. Over the years Jeffery has handled a variety of cases for me and I have always had a positive out come. He works hard and knows the law. Jeffery is th best and his price is very reasonable. Jeffrey Garland was able to do what my previous two attorney's were unable/unwilling to do. I originally paid a huge sum of money to another attorney thinking the more expensive the better service I will receive. This was completely false. I was charged with two 2nd degree felonies and one 3rd degree felony as a former correctional officer for the State of Florida. I was charged with unlawful compensation, introduction to contraband in state facility, and accepting bribes from an inmate. The evidence obtained was by a search of my vehicle. I hired Mr.Garland for a BUI case. I was told the plea bargain included no jail time, however at sentencing, I was told 30 days in jail. I wanted to go to trial, as the key witness (arresting agency) would not testify. Mr.Garland told me I didn't have a case and needed to take the deal. He was not honest and did not pursue the trial, even though the fees I paid him included jury trial. For him it would be extra work that he didn't want, I really felt mislead, wished I went to trial or had someone on my side.
