$350 for 1 hour consultation. WOW!

Kristen has been amazing. She is a true professional, knows the law and will fight for you. I love to brag about her as “ my legal team”. Kristen has always treated my family like we’ve been part of her family.

Kristen Bishop-Ames represented me in my divorce and was professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. She made a very difficult situation tolerable and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I Hired this attorney and after paying $200 for an initial consult and an additional $1000 retainer, she assured me that she would handle my case diligently, timely and with my best interest in mind. None of this was the case. I was charged for every phone call to request case updates and representation strategies, of which there were none. When I didn't call to request information about my case, her Legal assistant would call me for documents that were already provided so that the firm would generate a bill for the month. Follow-up to get required documents from opposing counsel was nonexistent. No strategy to pursue my divorce case was created and or shared with me. After spending in excess of $3000 to handle my divorce with this attorney, I got nothing to show for monies spent. After I request a motion to withdrew this attorney from my case she continued to bill me so as to use up the $500 retainer balance that she promised to return. If you are expecting to be kept updated about your case, this firm will hold onto information, do nothing, and wait for you to call so that they can charge you for all phone calls. The only time you are not charged for a phone call is when you are asked to provide more money for a retainer. It appears that this attorney lacks experience and relies on opposing counsel and her mediator buddy to advise her clients. When questioned about a potentially harmful recommendation from her about my case she would promise to get back to me and never does, which falls in line with her strategy to charge clients who calls her, instead of calling clients to provide direction, updates and guidance about their case.

Kim Cunzo is very timely and responsive. She helped me through a very challenging case. She is extremely professional and her fees are very affordable. I highly recommend Kim and her firm!
