I hired Mr. Kessler in November of 2022 to represent me in a DUI arrest case. He met with my husband and I at, needless to say, a very stressful time in both of our lives. I had never been arrested before and I didn’t know what was ahead of me. I instantly felt at ease, for the first time, since the arrest when we sat in his office discussing the case and possible outcomes. Mr. Kessler came recommended to me by another lawyer and boy was I not disappointed! This man is the cream of the crop when it comes to criminal DUI defense attorneys. He is an expert in his field. He and his wonderful staff, Morganne, Victoria, and Lindsey all helped me navigate a scary landscape. Everyone was so approachable and helpful! They were excellent at putting me at ease. Mr. Kessler got my charge reduced to the lesser charge of Reckless Driving and I did not lose my ability to drive, ever! I was so grateful to be able to find this wonderful law firm. My wife and I recently returned through Miami from an international vacation. I was detained by customs for what I later learned were 12 year old technical violations of probation claims that I was completely unaware of. I hired Mr. Kessler when I got recommended by him by another lawyer. I knew he was the right lawyer for my case. Mr. Kessler made this process so peaceful. He cares about clients. He will go all out to make sure you won’t get screwed with. His team doesn’t treat you like a client as well. They would speak to me like they knew me all my life. If you have serious criminal charges HIRE Mr.kessler! I did no jail time for an aggravated assault case where he had the biggest charge dropped!

Having been charged with felony aggravated battery, i was obviously very frightened. Mr. Kessler was with me every step of the way. Through his expertise i was ultimately very relieved as the case was dismissed and all charges dropped.

Mr. Kessler was hired to defend my son, who resides in Michigan, for a DUI that occurred here in Florida over nine years ago. That defense was very satisfactory and my son returned home to Michigan. For reasons not divulged here, my son’s probation terms were not completed and a misdemeanor warrant was issued about 6 months later. Some eight years after that, with my son in his fifth year of sobriety, Mr. Kessler was hired to defend my son as he works through his program of amends to be made and his desire to demonstrate to his twelve year old son what is the right thing to do. My son returned to Florida and voluntarily turned himself in to the outstanding warrant. The outcome of the first appearance in county court was very satisfactory as Mr. Kessler was very instrumental in the ruling by the judge who assured all that justice will prevail when the hard work of keeping sober and “righting-the-wrongs” is clearly demonstrated. We are very grateful for the guidance and advice of Mr. Kessler and highly recommend him as an attorney specializing in such cases.

I am a single mother and ended up not being in a great spot with a theft charge. Uneasy about the whole ordeal, I meet with Mr Kessler for a consultation about how to get through it and what to expect, and he graciously was able to take my case and made me feel so at ease for the first time since it happened about everything that was going to happen and what to expect. Was experiencing the worst day of my life Michael stopped everything and explained very patiently all my options and what was going to happen to me.
