Unprofessional and rude.

Jay Kirshner is an incredible attorney. He takes the time to explain your case to you and help you through each step of the way with a wonderful amount of ease and comfort. He listens very thoroughly and provides guidance and understanding through each part of the process. He is very knowledgable, communicative, and diligent in his work. Even when the case is settled and has come to a successful ending, he is there to provide support in anything you may need—quick to communicate and offer advice. All who work in the office are just wonderful—so helpful, friendly, and very good at what they do! Stephanie is a wonderful lawyer, she was very knowledgeable and spent the time answering every single one of my nervous questions. She took the time to explain all of the different ways my case could go to help me make the most informed decisions that I could during each step of the process. She was very compassionate with me during my case and due to her diligence we won the case and it was dismissed! I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re uncertain about who to go with I hope this helps, he’s seriously great. I can’t imagine going through that process again if I hadn’t picked her as my lawyer.

I found this attorney to be rude, patronizing and was no more help than a state attorney would have provided. she showed no compassion and the minute our offer was concluded she sent a letter dismissing her own services!!! it is never a professional ideal to speak to clients with an assumption they are less than intelligent which is exactly what she did especially when we were perfecting articulate in understanding the issue.

Treated me with respect and talked me through every procedure patiently, very professional.
