Okaloosa is not the best when fighting for a fair custody/child support legal matter. This is for you Military personnel. Ms. Waterhouse assisted me in fighting one of the hardest family custody matter in Judges Flowers Chambers. According to Judge Flowers "this was one of the hardest custody case he has witness" Ms. Waterhouse, was in combat fighting the opponent to attention to detail. She was aggressive, firmed, and thought when getting me what I requested from her. Despite the other party false manipulations and negative description about my father capabilities. Ms. Waterhouse executed and reveal to the court the mother's lies because she only wanted me to loose timesharing percentage in order for her to received more child support. Ms. Waterhouse, call me, wrote me e-mails, we prepared for the case multiple times, she was very serious about my custody. She cares for Military and she is familiar with Military custody battles to regulation, statutes, and laws. I was very satisfied with her services, and I don't want you to loose your timesharing to a weak lawyer that only takes your money and don't performed when it matters. Casey is a great family law attorney in Fort Walton Beach, Florida! My child’s mother was refusing to give me a copy of valid life insurance per our child’s custody order and essentially fabricated a story saying I was asking for it because I was trying to harm her and her “Air force Career”. The mother was previously awarded a temp order because I wrongfully name called her husband for being in national news but was now trying to use a new fake claim to affect my time with our child. As ridiculous as the current allegations were I didn’t want to risk losing any time due to seeing previously how easily injunctions can be given. Casey was fully prepared and made the picture very clear to the judge the context of the situation was completely different than what the mother claimed. Thank you Casey.

She fought for my kids like they were her own. She is knowledgeable and has a plan always. We’ve won our battle so far and hopefully will not have much more to do. Shes only had to be in front of the judge for 28 minutes before our case was dismissed and part of that time was dealing with technical issues. She goes in there ready to fight for you! Her staff is normally always on top of everything for you and will make sure they do their best. I went through a nasty, disgusting divorce against an ex wife and her parents that had an unlimited supply of funds and who’s purpose was to destroy me as a father and a person. Ms Waterhouse handled a personal matter for me dealing with an ex girlfriend/fiancé. She is professional, and listens to her clients. When it comes to getting things done she does, and her work at reasonable cost, she is not out to just take your $. She works with you. When we went to court she was amazing as well as completely professional. My case was over but now I need to have Ms. Waterhouse handle this dealing with someone who can't let things go. What can I say....I owe her so much....I've been going through a terrible divorce for almost 8 years... I cannot put into words the sincere and professional manner in which Ms Waterhouse represented me in a contempt charge for failing to pay my lifetime alimony (I was 3 yrs in arrears). She kept me out of jail and saved me a bucket of cash in penalties and interest. I was so impressed I hired her for another case to lower my alimony payments. Who knew in Florida it was legal to compare on current disability wage with mt wage when I got divorced 20 years ago! Even though we loss that one, I was stuck with my ex’s lawyer fees. She negotiated the fee down from $5000 to $1500 and even got me 90 days same as cash! Is there no end to what this highly capable law professional can accomplish? I have a 3rd case I am bringing against my ex and Casey is my attorney . You really need to put 100% faith in this attorney and hire her.
