I really wish I would've found this office for my first go around with my family law case. Aaron is a great attorney and will do everything he can to get you where you want to be with your case. Very happy with the service and overall process with this office.

Aaron was professional and knowledgeable. However, his staff was rude at times and there were a few mistakes made on some paperwork. The office also seemed to have trouble keeping track of invoices.

I highly recommend Aaron Wentz and Kelly Simon to represent you if you are looking for a divorce lawyer. I mainly worked with Mrs. Simon and her paralegal Mrs. Rodriguez. They both were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They always answered my calls and emails either the same day or the next day. This was very important because no one wants to wait days or weeks for a response to a question from their lawyer. They were always very straight forward about what to expect during the whole process and always helped me through the emotional times. During mediation, Mrs. Simon went above and beyond and worked exceptionally hard which helped us agree at mediation and avoid going to court. During my final signing Mrs. Rodriguez realized the shared parenting plan from the respondent's lawyer was completely wrong. She immediately began working on the new and correct one and had it done and ready to sign in no time. During this time, I was reading over the final paperwork and Mr. Wentz noticed that I was confused and had questions about some of the wording while reading what would be final divorce decree. Without asking he offered to sit down with me and went over every page of the paperwork and answered every question I had. This really helped me to feel confident that there weren’t any errors in wording. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and offered great support and service!

My husband passed away last August, (2018). We met With Mr. Wentz briefly in regards to our probate case. We really weren't sure what needed to be done, my daughter and I , But Mr. Wentz was very knowledgeable and explained to us everything that needed to occur. While the case was going on he and his assistants were very good about reminding me of the steps I need to take To move my case forward. They were very understanding in a time that was very difficult for me and my family. They completed my case and brought it to closure in a very timely manner. If I have additional legal work I need done, I will definitely be going back to his office. They will treat you right.
