I was facing a DUI Manslaughter / Vehicular Homicide. To make a long story short this battle between prosecution and this firm was long winded. Mr Flaherty and Ms. Merrifield fought tooth and nail for me until the very end. The result was credit for time served of 5 months in jail and 10 years probation. I was facing up to 16 years in prison. Needless to say, they helped save and restore my life following a tragic accident that ended with the death of my dear Uncle. I am so grateful to have worked with them and appreciative to have had them fight alongside me through this journey. Additionally, Ms. Merrifield visited and supported me in jail more than any lawyer I’ve seen in my time there. 5 stars no doubt. Thank you so much this will never be forgotten.

Hands down the best and efficient Law Practice. I called a few Law offices before but this office made me feel at ease from the moment I scheduled an appointment. Brandy called me and insured me that everything would be handled with due diligence . This was my first offense and I was extremely nervous, everyone was welcoming and handled my case perfectly. Charge was dropped and dismissed. I definitely recommend them.

Made the whole process with my case fast and painless. I didn't have to stress about the whole issue I was dealing with and they were even able to get everything settled with the best possible outcome . Would definitely recommend. If money is an issue I will vouch that other attorneys cost about the same but I don't think they can give better results.
