They promptly answered all questions or concerns I had during my case, and worked hard to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend them, for all child custody cases and more. The Virga Law Firm has been a godsend for my case. After being bogged down in a 2 year case with a series of unjust court rulings that did not follow established case law, Mr. Gerard Virga himself stepped in, created a solid team of attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and salvaged my case. He immediately dove into over 400 exhibits on file and produced a whirlwind of effective actions that quickly got us on track for a favorable ruling. The new staff is superb and super responsive! I cannot more highly recommend this wonderful group of professionals and encourage anyone to have a consultation and see for themselves the difference superior counsel makes!

Although the process has been long and tedious (albeit shorter than most cases I admit), we are happy with the service we have recieved from the Virga Law Firm. John Stokes in particular is very good at his job, and we appreciate all the time and effort he and his team has given to our case. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This law firm is a joke. They literally sit on their hands and do nothing for their client. They sit idly by while the opposing counsel does everything without any sort of REAL work on their end. Why is that a bad thing, you ask? Well let me tell you, they bill a flat rate monthly. Sounds great right? Wrong. This allows them to do the bare minimum and still get paid. Oh and if you ask for an itemized bill, that’s a joke as well. The only real work billed on their were the three documents they submitted to the court, all of which were templated and took no more than 10 minutes. This law firm will not fight for you, they will not speak to you over the phone unless you call incessantly until they call back, and they are LAZY. Good luck getting them to do anything on your case that you aren’t pushing for yourself. After almost 6 months of having them on as counsel, they filed their initial entry of appearance forms and a request for documents from the opposing counsel. In 6 MONTHS. Unbelievable. I should have heeded the warning I was given and steered clear of this crooked firm.
