Mr. Janes has been my attorney for two personal injury cases in regards to auto accidents that were not my fault. His professional and caring manner towards his clients are very respectful and reassuring. Michelle Merkel, his assistant, is remarkable and very knowledgeable in her job. Great attitude and very detail oriented. She is absolutely the best!

I was in a car accident in January of 2021. The other party was not only at fault, but negligent. Mr. Janes was recommended to me by a friend, so I promptly contacted him. He response to me was immediate, and he laid out exactly how the process was going to work. Mr. Janes and his para-legal kept me up to date every step of the way. He was patient, thorough, and persistent. In an appropriate amount of time, I was afforded all the medical care I needed for my injuries and Mr. Janes secured a maximum personal injury settlement from the insurance company. He has my highest recommendation for any who needs a personal injury attorney.

Mr. Janes took the information I had to start out with and let me know that these type of cases were very hard to do anything with but he would review my case and see what he could do. He immediately started getting all my records. I had already asked for all of them but had not been given all of them. It took a while to get them because the company that had some of them didn't seem to want to let me have them, but Mr. Janes was able to persuade them that they had to let me have them. Everyone I spoke with that was assisting Mr. Janes was so helpful and easy to deal with. Mr. Janes was always available for me if I needed to talk with him and also the others that worked on my case. When it got down to settling for an amount, he was able to get a lot of the Medicare charges taken off of the amount I had to pay them back. He never tried to pressure me into accepting anything. It was totally my decision but he supported me with what I decided to do. Him and his team made this process as easy for me as I think it could possibly be. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and how it was handled.

Chris, Melanie and the rest of the team, are top quality individuals working hard for your family and you. They have answered every fear and worry along the way. Very sympathetic and understanding of the situation and helped me through one of the hardest things I have dealt with. Helping make sure my daughter won't have to struggle that much so that she can live a comfortable life. Though we lost so much including my youngest daughter, they gave us a hope! I decided to use Michael's and Booth when I was in an accident on Destin bridge after I had just bought a new car and his insurance decided they were not going to pay for some of the stuff I had done on my car. I'm going to leave it short and sweet. It took a little time although in the long run it was well worth the wait. These defense Attorneys attempt everything possible in order to receive the most favorable outcome for their clients. However when it's all said and done Mr. Jane's and the firm of Michael & Booth are second to none equipped with the tools and strategies needed to satisfy their clients.

I am very pleased to recommend Mr. James to anyone looking for an aggressive, knowledgeable, successful and very personable personal injury lawyer. I am a retired attorney who sustained a serious slip and fall injury caused by the negligence from a retail store owner's product display. As I was recovering, I made a decision to personally attempt a suitable recovery amount from the insurance company. Liability was not an issue. Could not ask for a better experience. From the first day I called to my settlement date The firm was on my side.. Angela Erwin was the person who translated all Mr Janes messages . Out Standing!!! . I Received the max pay out of insurance coverage in 6 months. No firm could have gotten me more..... You can only get what the max coverage has.
