Hager and Schwartz did exactly what they told me could be done in my specific case. I was wrongly charged in a domestic dispute as the police were insistent that someone was going to jail since they were called out. My girlfriend did not want to pursue the charges, but the police pressured her to make a statement on the record or she would be arrested. I was arrested, but very quickly, they got my no contact order dismissed. In the end 6 weeks later, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charge after Hager and Schwartz explained the event from my point of view. I would strongly recommend Hager and Schwartz!
