I highly recommend John Hager. He handled my challenging case perfectly. He was very patient with me and always available when I needed him. His expertise and consideration for his clients is unsurpassed, and he got the outcome we were hoping for! He knew exactly what to do each time the circumstances changed. I felt comfortable knowing he was handling my case.

I would absolutely recommend to anybody that feels helpless and like their life is spiraling out of control. I have never needed a lawyer in my life and I am 36 years old. 2 weeks ago my freedom was taken from me. I had no idea what to do or what was going to happen to me. My sister who is in the legal field took it upon herself to help me by interviewing several lawyers. She immediately chose Mr. Hagar after speaking with all of them. The day that he was hired was a Sunday. After only minutes of being hired he immediately started to put a plan in play. He started working on it immediately. If I'm not mistaken he even said he did not want to let the moss grow under our feet. I already felt a sense of relief. Mr. Hager even answer his phone at 10:30 at night to talk to me. He got me into the courtroom very quickly to go before the judge to try to have certain things amended. Although it was not amended that day in court only 2 Days Later while I was painting a house I got a call from Mr. Hager. This is when he informed me he has got the entire case dismissed and everything was over. I cannot be more excited to have my life back. It's done.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hager & Schwartz. I went to them with the most convoluted needs -- a 13 year old case that had seemingly been impossible to get handled. I had literally given up on trying to rectify the issue and had just sworn Florida out of my life. Due to career changes and advancement I was required to get nationally licensed -- including Florida. So now not only did I need help for something from 2006, but I needed it done in an incredibly fast time. I was assured they would do everything possible to handle this for me, and without me having to come to Florida to deal with it. Not only did they make good on their word and get all of my Florida issues vacated, they did so without me having to come to the state, and had me spend LESS than originally expected. You heard that right... I was prepared and ready to spend more money to get the issue properly handled, and they did it for LESS. Thirteen years this has been hanging over my head, and for the first time since my record is clean and I feel the weight of Florida off of my shoulders. I dealt with a Florida lawyer when this issue was current in 2006 and after years of court appearances and continuances and literally over $10,000 in cost, it never even got resolved. Hager & Schwartz handled it over the course of about 6 weeks and for a FRACTION of the cost. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Call Hager & Schwartz; if you do you are in the most capable hands possible.
