Unethical and unprofessional conduct
“They told my husband and I they would take the case. We payed the retainer and now they told us they won't take the case at all. Their claiming they don't do those cases. The paralegal even told us how they would most likely proceed. We didn't withhold any details at all, so this isn't our fault. After assuring us we would get our $2,200 retainer back in full they haven't returned the money.”

“Apparently, she deleted all the files and they deleted all of her emails and so he never got my contract, which is tacky because he should have a system that automatically lets him know that a new contract is assigned, so all that power doesn't go to his assistants.”
