So, I hired this attorney for a personal injury case because he came highly recommended. I sent all the paperwork to his legal assistant Kristen. Apparently, she deleted all the files and they deleted all of her emails and so he never got my contract, which is tacky because he should have a system that automatically lets him know that a new contract is assigned, so all that power doesn’t go to his assistants. I called, sent emails and didn’t know she was fired until he called me. He was.VERY rude and nasty. Very rude. He had an attitude in his voice and when I asked him very calmly why he was so angry he went off on me. I wouldn’t recommend him to a snail and I believe I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar Association. The way he runs his business is tacky. I got a long list of personal files to send after I signed the contract and that stuff could be floating around anywhere. That’s tacky. I told him I did not like the customer service I was experiencing and he also went off. I didn’t know he had fired his assistant and I don’t like rude attorneys. So, I do not recommend him or his firm and I WILL be filing a complaint against him with the Florida Bar Association. Do better.

When times got tough i called on Judith Ramos for counsel ,simply put this lawyer is an absolute shark in the court room . After spitting out baby mamas 3rd lawyer and winning my custody case. I am beyond grateful for the representation this firm has given . 💯

I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I have too. I don’t want other people to get fooled and their hopes up and use these people. My husband needed a lawyer and found Judith Ramos. This lawyer for two years got our hopes up with my husband case of time sharing for his 13 year old. Judith didn’t even listen to my husband and we spent thousands of dollars on this case that he LOST. When she sat there and told my husband that it looks good for him and that the judge is even her friend. Also, as his ex continued to get caught in lies by the judge and Judith she still got away with it. She also holds his daughter from an education and not having her not attend school. But still thought that was ok for the mother to do. Not only did Judith Ramos (lawyer) lie to my husband but allowed his ex to have total control of the daughter after prof of neglect she provides for her daughter. This is disgusting that for two years fighting for this that they take out money monthly and she LOST a simple case of time sharing with his daughter who is 13 years old who is not a baby. Do not use her it will be a waste of money and your time. You might as well do it yourself. At least you will have a better result!!

I would NOT recommend this firm to a dog. The attorney that got assigned to my case was Mary Lauren Hammond she illiterate and did not know what she was doing. She filed the wrong paperwork and my case got dismissed. They took my money and she resided in Pensacola Florida when my case is on Broward County. I hired this firm in September of 2022 and when she filed the wrong paperwork was in December of 2022 I guess because she didn’t know what she was doing. I tried to get my money back and they refused. RUNN if this attorney get your case.

Believe the hype. david is wicked good at what he does even when circumstances dont appear to be the brightest. hope I never need his services again but I know who to call if I do.

Awful experience nobody returned my phone calls very disappointed

Horrible experience.

They told my husband and I they would take the case. We payed the retainer and now they told us they won't take the case at all. Their claiming they don't do those cases. The paralegal even told us how they would most likely proceed. We didn't withhold any details at all, so this isn't our fault. After assuring us we would get our $2,200 retainer back in full they haven't returned the money. They alledge they mailed a check on November it's now December 2nd. Guess what no check their stringing us along and have zero intent on returning the $2,200. I did some more research on the company it appears their nothing but scam artist. A search on the Florida Bar website indicated that this isn't a real law firm. Based out of Chicago their not on their bar website either.

I won my appeal thanks to David. He's an incredible federal defense lawyer. Can't thank him enough.

I never thought I'd need a federal defense lawyer, but life's funny that way. The process was intimidating, but David explained all my options so thoroughly that it helped me relax for the first time in months. David was able to negotiate a plea and I avoided jail. 5 stars is a no-brainer.

These lawyers are scammers. They don’t give you a case analysis and all they do is entice people on the phone to give out their credit card information. I had a case already and was very afraid because my abuser ex lied about my kids custody. When I called these lawyers they never told me I had custody and all they did was take my credit card information and charge it away. Total scammers. Horrible lawyers. Liars. Slow too so they keep charging you monthly. They falsify things on their favor. Be very careful employing them. Go with a law firm willing to give you an analysis of your case. I was naive and thought I had to pay to get an analysis. Such isn’t the case.

I choose to go with John Buchmiller & Associates because they understood people .They were interested in the whole person not just the legal aspects.One of the big goals during and after divorce is to heal/rebuild and John Buchmiller & Associates is able to help in this process.
