Ms. Slanker’s Bio speaks volumes but is by no means the end of the chapter. Once you meet and discuss your case with her you will immediately realize she is “The One” to handle your legal issues. She knows the ends and outs of both the plaintiff and defendant side of the judicial system. To me attorney/client communication is critical and she gave our case her attention as though it were her only case; fighting for us like we were family. Very, very often communicating via email on weekends if we had questions or concerns, even into the late evening if necessary. I could go on and on because she is just that good. Call her, you will not be disappointed. If needed again, We will certainly call her.

Michelle Slanker will say anything to convince you to hire her. An attorney left the firm and I was asked to choose between the laWyler that left (who I had worked with for some time) and Michelle Slanker (who has no local experience or track record.) instead of allowing me to consider my options, she used high pressure tactics to convince me to stay. Her tactics included stressing that I would not be refunded my pre-paid fees if I went with other lawyer (even though my case was only half over). While I elected to stay with my long-term lawyer and signed a letter confirming this choice, Ms. Slanker never passed the signed document on to the lawyer I selected and she refused to give me a copy. She also badmouthed my lawyer to persuade me to accept her instead.
