My circumstances were quite unusual and there was no way I could proceed with my case due to a serious health issue. I was run into from behind while I was stopped, and yes I felt it for weeks after. Oscar Suarez was so compassionate and determined to get some sort of justice for me, months after I thought it was over, he called and got me a small settlement. He didn't have to do that but I'm very grateful he did. He's good people...thank you Oscar, thank you for everything..

I wish I could put into words, not only how absolutely brain-dead, ARROGANT, apathetic, self serving and pitiful of an attorney CHRISTOPHER LONG is (should be “was” because he should not be working for any injury firm nor any firm that requires you to have a heart or a consciousness), but how disgusted, livid and heartbroken I am, as a representative for my client, to watch my client (a former alachua county paramedic firefighter and EMT in the city of Gainesville for FIFTEEN YEARS!) be ignored on a regular and consistent basis have to tolerate and deal with the arrogance, disrespect and laziness of this particular Attorney. It was hard to read the most recent review, as it was such an astonishingly POSITIVE experience that the client received. And I quote the customer stated that they received compassion, clear & concise, communication to meet and work with Dan HIMSELF along with the clients OWN attorney. I wonder if my client and close friend were to be white, would he have received such Atrocious, lazy and unethical treatment. I’d like to also add that my client and close friend has been working with this attorney since August of 2023 and not only have they never once met their attorney, NOR did Christopher Long ever request or ask to meet with my client and dear friend—but never Once did their attorney Christopher Long, ever once offer their condolences to my friend and client ABOUT the head-on collision (due to an intoxicated driver) , that my client and friend experienced— Christopher Long ALSO never ONCE asked or offered his condolences to the multiple surgeries that my close friend and client has been enduring. Nothing about Christopher Long is compassionate , considerate, kind, hard-working—Nor does Christopher Long possess any sort of prompt and professional communication skills. I know this for a fact due to the conversation that I had with Mr. Long today. I called Mr. Long from my clients phone to let him know who I was, and that would be meeting him at a meeting with the senior attorneys of the firm and with his client (for the first time) DUE TO the horrid behavior I have watched my friend and client experience by Mr. long for almost a YEAR!! Not only was he arrogant and rude, but he actually called me back on my personal cell phone to say that he had a missed call from my client (which he didn’t lol) when in fact he had just spoken to us and didn’t even realize it. Lastly, I’d like to add that in the last hour (only because I demanded a meeting for my friend and client) Mr. Long has called either me or my client two times combined between the both of us. This is more than Mr. Long has called his client in TWO MONTHS. I understand that Gainesville is not very big and most of Gainesville is wrapped around UF’s finger, but this behavior, from what I was told, is an attorney who passed the bar— Is not only unacceptable; but it’s the equivalent to the behavior and Developmental issues of a 15 year old boy. So if you are injured, call Christopher Long today with Dan Newlins office! Hopefully you’re treatment is better than my friends (who can’t work, sleep at night, and I have watched cry, and become depressed due to the level of pain, but JUST watched throw up due to an infection at the site of surgery by surgeons who were recommended by none other Christopher LONG! Christopher, have the day you deserve.

My son was in an accident in September 2023, Yesenia Weaver in Dan Newlin's office was very helpful and kept my son informed every step of the way.
