My experience with Dan Newlin and partners was a phenomenal one. From the very first day that I met with the investigator at my home everyone was very professional. The paralegal assigned to my case was Kim Wise. Kim was professional, courteous and always very helpful. Kim made the entire process easy to understand. Kim provided me with her direct line for me to call her with any questions that I had, to which she spent sometimes up to 45 minuets answering them to make sure I understood. There were times where she would be out of the office or on vacation and would still make an effort to get back to me, whether it was via email, phone or text. I never felt rushed or made to feel like I needed to make a decision regarding my case I was not comfortable with. Kim made sure that I understood all my options. Kim handled everything with the insurance companies, coordinated treatment and kept me up to date with all and any changes. The attorney assigned to my case was Luara Sheilds and ironically I never had to reach out to her or speak with her because Kim did such a fantastic job. Hopefully I wont need to use Dan Newlin and his partners again but i will definitely return if needed. The expertise and professionalism from the individuals at this firm is unmatched. I remember coming home initially from my 5 day stay in the hospital, I was sitting in a chair in front of my porch trying to figure out what I do now. I had seen a billboard that day while driving home from the hospital. I seldom do believe faith and signs from above. I was very hesitant because a lot went through my mind that day and I wasn’t sure if I call they would just turn me the other way.
