Attorney Christian A. was helping us, we had a telephone consultation in which he explained the steps to us. In the middle of the process we had questions and called the office in Gainsville, Megan answered the phone very rude and said she couldn't help us and hung up immediately, shortly afterwards we called again and she continued saying that she could not help us without giving us space to explain, the services were paid for by our legal plan and not obtained.

Great experience

Extremely poor communication. Seem to only prioritize cases that make the most money. Had a much larger case last year and the communication was okay. This year is something smaller but we haven't had a status in two months despite two emails to them. Would not recommend. Maybe they're overbooked but you would never know because you rarely hear from them. UPDATE 7/30: Two emails later, we have still heard NOTHING from the office. They incorrectly filed our original paperwork and even asked for the same paperwork we submitted to them. Updating to one star. Do not recommend. The communication is non existent.

I'm begging anyone considering this attorney for family law please don't!! They take your money without hesitation and you won't hear anything back from them for months and phone calls and email's will go unanswered. We lost my baby niece forever and Mr .Straile did nothing for us in court but stutter as if he was terrified.There were monies spent with no invoices provided because we are charged for services not rendered. This has been the worst experience of our lives and there is not a care in the world for you or family from this attorney. It's truly a heartbreaking situation when they are supposed to be your attorney but act as if they are against you and want nothing but money.I would surely give 0 stars if I could.

Highly recommend using Mr. Straile, he won my case for me. He is very knowledgeable and does everything he can for his clients. He uses the facts and listens to you, he is easy to talk to as well. I truly am grateful to him, for all he did for me to win my case.

Hi my name is Paul Kinney.. This Lawyer is a relentless, thorough, experienced, BEAST! If you are looking for a Lawyer that is not swayed bye the pressures of political influence this is the guy. I have 21 Felony convictions, was on Florida's most wanted for 6 years with multiple new Felony charges throughout all of Florida. Been to prison 4 times.. Had Vop in Alachua County, DUI in orang e County.. Scored out to a minimum of 9 and a half years ... Had Judge Colaw in Alachua County.... I was a cooked cookie... Listen after my public defender told me that the State minimum guide line for my prior points , was 117.5 months in Florida Department of Corrections, and that i have the very very most stern Judge in Alachua County History that he doesn't even Accept plea Agreements bye the prosecutor.... Well my heart sunk. I called my loved ones and really just braced them for the fact that I may not be able to sit down and have a BBQ with them again that, i was just going to be gone again to a cold dark place. Christian Straile was contacted and was out at the jail to see me. The first thing he told me was his promise to was that he will leave no stone unturned... First he attacked the probable cause in Orlando traveling down there taking videos of the place were the stop was made. Submitted dismissal paper work to the proper channels.. Which were denied! Then he immediately started applying pressure on the prosecutors the cops all the while preparing my defense in Alachua County on the VOP. ... Long story short with my background along with my priors with Judge Colaw presiding... What happened was something all of the big names Robert Rush Vipperman etc.. Have failed to do with everyone else i came in contact with... Well the probation was terminated and instead of the minimum 9.6 years that i score out to... Well i received a mere walk in the park year and a day in DOC with all of credit time served something that was unheard of with all of the factors.. Christian came ti see me all the way in Hamilton Annex a disciplinary camp because of my priors i was classified to.. Christian Straile will NOT LIE TO YOU! HE .WILL FIGHT FOR YOU RELENTLESS! HE WILL LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED AND STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS EXPLOITING EVERY WEAKNESS THE STATE HAS.. HE HAS CONNECTIONS THAT ARE NEEDED AND I RECOMMEND HIM TO THE 100% Fullest... His secretaries answer the phone take notes and provide me with everything i asked for while awaiting in jail.. Please i mean this from the bottom of my heart. If you want the best ... THIS GUY IS A BEAST.. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.

Straile and his team were consistent in communication and very knowledgeable. No doubts, no regrets. Justice was served and our family has peace once again. Highly recommend. Not a penny wasted.

Didnt quite get outcome I desired. Atty Straile didn't answer my followup questions either. Not sure I would use again. UPDATE- I emailed again and finally spoke with the Atty who explained everything from his perspective. Thanks for that
