When I decided to divorce my ex she pulled something disgusting and low landing me in the crosshairs of the law for the first time in my life. Hiring Andy was the best decision I have ever made. He not only carried me thru this ordeal but did so with patience, superior knowledge of the law, above and beyond customer service, and professional excellence. It’s stressful enough to get arrested and dealing with courts and police but hiring Andy was a godsend for someone who deals with anxiety on a daily basis. In April of 2022, I was arrested for defending my home and property from a subject who was refusing to leave my residence. Upon my release, I first tried to handle the matter through the Public Defender's Office. Weeks went by with no sort of contact and it did not appear as though the Public Defender had my best interests in mind. After enough frustration, I finally contacted the Dunham & Ingram Office and I wish I had done it sooner! Mr.Ingram acted swiftly and professionally. He reassured me and helped dispel any concerns I had. He also went through with me and explained step by step how the process would go. When I sent emails to his office or called them on the phone, there was always a friendly voice on the other side that was willing to speak to me. Mr.Ingram responded to my emails promptly and timely on every occasion. Mr.Ingram conducted his research of my case and found that I acted within accordance of the law and subsequently filed a "Motion to Dismiss". Within 3 days, the state attorney's office had dismissed all of the charges against me. Andy did more to help me within a week, than the public defender did within a month. If you find yourself in a terrible situation like I did, call Mr.Ingram. This is your life and livelihood at risk. I can't thank him enough for the services he offered to me.

Attorney Andy Ingram was born with a special gift to be a criminal attorney. He is not just a good attorney, he is the best. And, juries seem to love him! I was charged by the State in Marion County w leaving the scene of an accident. It sounds awful but there was no accident on the highway or road, this was at a ratty little Diamond Oil gas station, and someone saw me coming! Among others, I had to go up against manufactured lies claiming that I banged into a car, lies about people who weren't even there, and trumped up charges of a FHP officer pressured to make an arrest at any cost. On top of that the State's main witness has a criminal history. Thank you Andy for staving off all of the lame theories the State accused me of, and, for making the State look small and stupid. I also thank the jury system. The gas station involved has been documented for skimmer activity @ the pumps. It seems no one tells the truth on the stand anymore so that is especially why one needs the best attorney possible, and especially in Marion County, Florida!
