My situation was stressful, but receiving help from this firm alleviated much of that stress. I would receive periodic updates which made me realize that they were working very hard behind the scenes to build a strong case. On the actual day, I was so grateful for how the case was presented and the preparation that went into making sure that my voice was heard. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Mr. Dan Valasquez is a fine lawyer and I had to give him a hug at the end for all his work. This is a great firm and I highly recommend it.

Very good people who love helping you

I would give them 100 stars if I could! All your negative thoughts about attorneys can be discarded at their door. They were ALL totally understanding and straightforward. My case was a boating accident. Something they had limited experience with. It is very different from an auto accident where the vehicles remain in place and can be examined to determine liability. They quickly got up to speed and their predictions were as accurate as possible. Everything was handled in a highly professional manner while maintaining equal ground with me. No "I am the attorney, and you are not" attitudes. My case was settled without going to trial. They presented a strong position and let the opposing attorney figure it out for themselves. No contentiousness at all. Total co-operation all around. I keep using "they" because they are an integrated unit. They are a cohesive team. The attorneys at the firm understand how much of their success relies on their "team". I cant say enough about their efficiency, realistic thinking, and no grandstanding or attitudes toward/by anyone. Plus positive results. If you are in need of representation you cant do any better. Disclaimer. They will not represent you if you have a flimsy claim or no real claim at all. They reserve their precious time for folks that truly need the help. Thanks to everyone in the office. Getting in an auto accident is never planned nor easy to deal with but calling and getting such professional assistance definitly takes the edge off. He is a good communicator, listens well and is a compassionate partner in resolution of legal disputes. I highly recommend him. The interactions I have had with his colleagues have reflected his standard of excellence.

As an attorney myself, I'm always skeptical of lawyers who run television commercials. Having spoken with several fellow attorneys who do personal injury work, its often the case that the ones who talk tough on television are the ones who will do whatever it takes to settle...even if it means you receive pennies on the dollar for your losses. Fact is, a lot of TV firms have a business model based on getting people in and out the door as fast as possible. And often its not the attorney you see on tv that handles your case, but some fresh kid straight out of law school. I'm pleased to say that this was not my experience with Jack Fine. Jack handled my case with a great deal of attention. When I called to speak to him, I got him on the line. When he wasn't available, he returned my calls promptly. At each major stage in the process he accurately explained and predicted the next move the insurance company would make. Finally, when push came to shove he was willing and able to stare down the insurance company for a fair settlement. These are the qualities that make a strong advocate. I would recommend his office to anyone.

Mr. Fine and firm are respectful, diligent, trustworthy, empathetic, honest and most importantly, welcoming. This firm exhibits a rare gift in follow-through with their clients. They are informative without being judgmental. They have the ability to convey knowledge in an understandable manner without the jargon of their profession.
