These guys are amazing! Awesome communication skills,timely, and professional. Most importantly personable. I felt like they actually cared about my well being. I've been treated like a person not just another case.

If you ever need help with your legal matters, I'm telling you not to hesitate to call them! They are so empathetic, knowledgeable and compassionate. It didn't matter that our case wasn't the 'big one' because they treated us as though we were their only client. Legal matters can be intimidating and scary but they took care if us just like family.

I cannot say enough good things about JR and his team. My son was hit by a truck from behind as a pedestrian and JR came highly recommended. I was having an extremely difficult time getting an insurance claim settled after an accident. The other party was absolutely unresponsive and unavailable to discuss any resolution. Mr. Fine stepped in and actually obtained a much better settlement than I would have agreed to. He did an outstanding job and did it in a very timely manner. Great Job, can highly recommend.

I had the unfortunate circumstances when dealing with this law firm. They gave the assumption that they would be able to handle my case, but they were unable to assist me in anyway. Jonathan Ramsey was unable to handle legal matters regarding my health, so my health deteriorated under their care. I tried to receive & kept requesting health assistance to improve my health concerns, by requesting a Neurologist, but they were unable to assist me with the request. The best that he was able to offer was a telemedicine doctor, who he saw no problem, for me to meet with. Unfortunately, I had seen a Neurologist previously and they need to use physical equipment for nerve conduction studies. I tried to request a doctor closer to my area because all his recommendations for physicians were a distance away, like: Ocala Orthopedics. When he explained his reasoning, I explained that his reasoning was unacceptable and requested another physician that I can physically meet with. When he was unable to do this, I released his services, so that I can find better representation. I have never had such a horrible experience with the law firm. I don't understand how an attorney can let a client's health deteriorated and provide no assistance when it is being requested? I can't believe that he allowed my health to deteriorate, while he was only interested in getting funds for the case. Jonathan Ramsey is an unempathetic attorney that did nothing to assist me in resolving my legal or health concerns. I have proof of all contact with Jonathan Ramsey and also have contacted the Florida Bar and filed a complaint about his services. My case went from a "regular dispute case" and has now become an "attorney negligence" case. I will continue to report all issues with FFP Law and hold them accountable for the health concerns that I have been experiencing under their care. I will take all appropriate steps in making sure that Jonathan Ramsey & his law firm are held accountable for their lack of concern for my health & legal concerns. I have also been taking steps in looking into civil actions, as well.

Mr.Fine and Mrs.Gabrielle did an amazing job with my case. The entire team were very courteous and worked diligently to ensure that I received a fair settlement for my injury.
