If you feel you may need a private lawyer rather than a public defender, choose Glassman & Zissimopulos, I can promise you the price is worth it. After speaking with my public defender, I had a feeling the case (which was pretty much a garbage case, regardless of the fact I was facing a very serious charge) would not be settled the way it should have been. I called for my free consultation and not only was Nick kind and knowledgeable, the staff was incredible and supportive and I didn't feel judged giving the basis of my case. I have (fortunately) never had to hire an attorney before this and honestly had negative preconceived notions about lawyers. Those notions were immediately put to rest after speaking with him the first time. I had called over a dozen local lawyers and trusted my gut with Nick and I'm so glad I did. I know that no matter what you may be facing, Nick will be honest and forward about your options, what's more than likely expected, and he will do everything he can to quickly and efficiently expedite the process and lessen your charge(s)/outcome. While my case ended up being dismissed, I am quite certain this would not have happened had I stayed with my public defender, as my case involved actually getting a background on the situation and not just relying on what specifically had happened at that moment of my incident. I wish I could give higher rating than 5 because this law firm certainly deserves it. He is one of the highest rated for a reason, if you have the means, GO WITH HIM! I promise you will not be disappointed and your money will be well spent. If you are facing a felony charge like I was, the rest of your life can and will be dramatically altered in major aspects. Defend yourself with the best, don't take a chance on a free lawyer (if you can), and I can assure you the worst case scenario will be far from your worries with Nick.

I hired John to help me set up estate planning documents and am thrilled with my decision. When I contacted John late in the day and told him I wanted to have documents drafted before noon the next day, I thought there was no chance he would actually say we could make it happen. To my surprise, he immediately sent over a packet with instructions, and he scheduled me to meet with him first thing in the morning. It was great to see that I had multiple options available, but it felt overwhelming reading through everything and not understanding the difference among wills, living wills, designations of health care surrogate, and powers of attorney. John was incredibly patient and thorough in both breaking down the differences and in asking me questions to make sure he understood what I was looking to accomplish and what considerations to keep in mind. I felt that he listened carefully to what I was saying, and I appreciated that he expressed concerns and alternative options when he thought there was a better or safer option available. He did an incredible job being thorough even under a huge time crunch. It was obvious to me that John genuinely cared about me as a client and was committed to making sure my wishes and interests were protected to the greatest extent possible.

I was in an accident on April 28, 2017. A car hit me and messed up my legs. After six months of recuperation and an operation on my meniscus, I am able to (at long last) walk and drive. But it was 6 months of my life that were very important to me sitting on the couch and not able to move. That’s where Mr. Glassman, my attorney, entered my life. He made a companionate difference and went above and beyond what I expected. He was kind, always kept appointments and made time for me. I had some unique requirements of the sort that you would have a friend help you with and Dan Glassman turned out to be that friend. Mr. Zissimopulos was great at explaining how the process of collecting damages worked. The office staff was always helpful and courteous.
